Constructed from .034” thick type 304 annealed stainless steel, primary operations involved creating blanks, deep draw forming, and trimming to create the final profile. We also used our automated vibratory deburring system to remove all fines and smooth the edges. When completed, the part featured a 2.095” O.D. and measured 1.68” in height and .105 lb. in weight. Dimensional inspection confirmed that the ±.002” tolerances satisfied the requirements of the customer specification as well as the QP-I6-004 standard.
