Using a series of calibrated strokes on our 43, 27, and 18 ton presses with a separate fixture for each operation, we formed the geometric features while maintaining ±.005” dimensional tolerances.
After a thorough cleaning, we immersed the parts in a passivating acid bath to maximize long term corrosion resistance. Finishing touches included hand assembly of the 100 units, while quality assurance involved both dimensional and functional inspections to confirm product integrity.
By allowing us to manage the entire project, we were able to reduce overall cost as well as provide a fast turnaround and reliable delivery schedule. If you are interested in learning more about this product or the processes we used to produce it, contact us today.
