Terms & Conditions
1. CONDITIONS
Our quotation is voidable 60 days after date.
Our quotation covers the part complete per print unless we state otherwise.
Shorthand and clerical errors are subject to corrections. We will not assume any liability greater than the amount of our billing applicable to any order resulting from this quotation.
2. TERMS
Net 30 days to approved accounts. F.O.B. our factory.
3. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled or deliveries deferred only upon the condition that Buyer assumes immediate liability for and makes payment to the Seller of charges involved which shall take into account expenses already incurred and commitments made by Seller.
4. ENGINEERING
Engineering components and fixtures will remain in our plant for exclusive use and are not subject to removal.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery is based on our load schedule at time of credit approval and is subject to procurement of material used for producing the parts. We assume no responsibility for any damages caused by delays in delivery.
6. OVER AND UNDER-RUNS
All quotations are based on the customer accepting over-runs or under-runs not exceeding 10% of quantities specified, except that on quantities under 250 pieces the over-run may be up to 25 pieces.
When customer furnishes material, entire quantity of material will be processed.
7. MATERIAL
When material is furnished by customer, a small charge will be made for shearing and/or handling.
8. TOLERANCES
Tolerances shown on print will be maintained unless we specify otherwise. If no tolerances are shown, we will maintain commercial tolerances.
When a specified material thickness tolerance is not shown, commercial warehouse thickness tolerances will apply. We assume that general standard tolerances shown on your print do not apply to material thickness.
All holes, including holes marked “Thru” or “Drill” will be punched to size and tolerances will be guaranteed on the punched side only. All holes will have commercial breakage unless reaming is specified on print.
9. TAPPED HOLES
As the raised material around a tapped hole is actually part of the thread, we do not refer to this raised portion as a burr. Unless specifically stated, we assume deburring remarks on your blueprint do not apply to tapped holes.
10. BURRS
Parts will not be deburred unless your print so specifies.
11. APPROVAL SAMPLES
The cost of your approval samples excludes the cost of secondary operations not normally required in checking the part dimensionally. Therefore, operations such as plating and painting will be omitted on samples unless you specifically request them. Where these secondary operations are requested, a charge will be made for the secondary operations including applicable minimum charges.
