HPL was founded in April of 1941 on the principle that delivering custom metal stampings required a better solution and understanding of the customers needs. From the start, HPL has brought a hands-on technical approach, experience and an enthusiasm to manufacture precision stampings for each customer.

The depth of our engineering, material and metalforming experience is applied when challenged by a customer's unique metal part requirement. Chances are, we have seen it before -- and if not, no firm is more qualified to quickly and economically find the right solution. We are a recognized leader in the metal stamping industry through our expertise, technical ability and reputation for quick response to our customers.

After 65 years and completing more than 1,757,295 manufacturing jobs, our engineers, designers, toolmakers and journeyman specialists have successfully delivered short run metal stampings and assemblies to virtually every industry around the world.

And, after more than a half of a century later, HPL still remains as an advanced, high tech organization. Our new 76,500 square foot manufacturing plant near Chicago includes an air conditioned assembly department, climate controlled Wire EDM & CNC machining centers and a metal fabricating department with a high speed hydraulic turret press and CNC press brakes.
